The first official Mallanorian Flag Day was held on 8 January. This holiday celebrates the adoption of the first Mallanorian Flag. The King posted an article in the Theolonia Times about the meaning behind the flag of Mallanor, which can be found here.
On 20 January, the Minister of Culture, Kaylee Smith, stepped down from her position on the Royal Council. She cited a lack of time to devote to her duties as a minister. This was announced by the King here.
The next elections for Prime Minister were announced by the King on 20 January. The elections are to be held on 9 April. The King called for anyone who wished to run for the office of Prime Minister to respond with their intentions.
Soon afterwards, Dallin Langford, the current Minister of Security and Justice, announced that he intends to run for election with Emma Amtra as his Deputy. More information on Dallin’s plans as Prime Minister will be provided later.
